Our recommendations are:

1) Enter a More Specific Search Term into the Search Bar at the Top of Your Screen

As you type, we predict your search intent and show you the products that match getting narrower with each character entered. When you can see the products getting close to your wish, then press the magnifying glass to see your matching results.

Still too many? Look for options to make your search more specific, or if you are on a Desktop computer you can select which Category of product you want to search within using the drop-down menu on the right side of the search bar.

People tell us we have the best parts search system they have ever seen and we agree, but, if you can think of something better, share your idea.

2) Try Filters

If you see too many options from your initial search, try narrowing your search using Filters. You'll find Filter options on the left side of your screen if you are on a desktop computer and at the upper left title bar of your results if you are on a mobile device.

3) Search By Part Number

If you know the specific Manufacturer's Part Number (MPN) or UPC Barcode you are looking for, then enter it in the Search Bar.

Every Product in the Werrv store has a name made up of 3 components:

1) Manufacturer Name/Supplier Name

2) Product Name

3) [Manufacturer's Part Number (MPN)]

The Manufacturer's Part Number is in square brackets [ ], so if you know what you are looking for, you can be sure you are getting exactly what you want, without guessing.

We also have UPC/Barcode in our Product Details, where applicable, and you can search by UPC or other details as well.

If you are not seeing a Product you are looking for, our recommendations are:

1) See If We Carry the Brand and Item You Are Looking For

Go to our Brand Menu and select the Brand you are looking for. This will show you all of the Products we normally stock for that Brand, including items that are currently Out-of-Stock (NOTE: We normally don't show Out-of-Stock Items in our standard Search Results, because that's just not helpful when you need something).

If you still don't see the item you are looking for then we don't currently carry it, but see our separate FAQ titled "Can I get a quote for an item not shown in the Werrv store? to get a price.

If you see the Product you want, but it is "Out of Stock" at present you can Contact Us to request an update on when we expect to receive more in inventory and/or request notification when we get more in so you can have priority access to the new inventory.

We're so proud of our work that we made improvements during Covid-19 lockdown and now show the current “in-stock” count on almost every product page, updated at least once daily.

If our inventory levels are getting low (5 or less), we show the items in RED so you will know there is limited availability.

We fill orders on a first come, first serve basis (no exceptions), so your best way to assure fulfilment of a low inventory item is to order it before someone else does.

Yes. If you see a lower advertised price, please Contact Us and send a copy of the competitive price. We will review their price and try to meet or beat it.

In order to match a price, the product must be:

1) Equivalent - The identical product by the same manufacturer in new condition.

2) Currently available - in-stock at the price shown. We cannot match prices that the advertiser doesn't actually sell at currently.

3) Apples-to-apples pricing - For example, when we import goods to Canada, we pay customs brokerage fees, duties, and taxes, so the price to our customers includes those costs. We will not match priced from sellers who leave their customers to pay all of those costs upon delivery.

While our goal is to make every customer happy, we reserve the exclusive right to offer a price match.

Price match offers will be honored for 48 hours for in stock products.

Werrv prices are offered in both Canadian Dollars and US Dollars and we accept either currency for payment.
